Born in Naples, Italy, Antonio trained under the legendary Pizzaiolo Salvatore Salvo. He moved to Canada in 2005 and has since trained over 500 students in authentic Neapolitan pizza making. Antonio holds the prestigious VPN (Vera Pizza Napoletana) certification and has won multiple international pizza competitions.

Specialties: Traditional Neapolitan pizza, dough fermentation science, wood-fired oven mastery.

Isabella Romano

Ingredients & Innovation Specialist

18+ Years Experience

Isabella combines traditional Italian techniques with modern culinary innovation. With a background in food science and 10 years experience in Rome's top pizzerias, she specializes in ingredient sourcing, flavor development, and creating unique pizza creations that respect tradition while embracing innovation.

Specialties: Ingredient selection, sauce development, modern pizza variations, menu design.
