Born in Naples, Italy, Antonio trained under the legendary Pizzaiolo Salvatore Salvo. He moved to Canada in 2005 and has since trained over 500 students in authentic Neapolitan pizza making. Antonio holds the prestigious VPN (Vera Pizza Napoletana) certification and has won multiple international pizza competitions.
